I run an internet marketing business in RL and I'm passionate about the opportunities an online business can give people who struggle with finding traditional employment for whatever reason. Where we are, kids often have superior computer skills, but aren't taught what to do with them in a business setting. So when they go for interview, they have no idea how to show off what they can do for the business. And employers, being most likely my age and not having a real clue about online stuff don't know the right questions to ask.

I was teaching an online business course at the local Further education college for a few years as a sideline before we moved up here. Now a friend and I have designed a course that we can take into secondary schools. And tomorrow is the first time we're rolling it out.

I love doing that. It's just the teenagers and the school setting I'm fussed about.
