Sincere apologies for the long wait. First I had to tip Renji off a cliff, then RL turned round and really bit me on the ass. Haven't written anything decent (or even indecent) in a month. Still,I'm back and slowly getting over things. So here's the next event in Shuhei and Kensei's eventful reunion. It's not cheerful, but I hope you enjoy it anyway.
BTW, The Bill is not just a bit of paper stating what you owe. It's also an English slang term for the police. In the 1960s, we even had a TV cop show called The Bill.
