And that's just plain embarrassing...

A little while ago, I asked for recommendations of interesting M/M novels to read and ichibanseiken recommended the Cut & Run series by Abigail Roux. I've just progressed to book 3, where we have the main characters hang out on a cruise ship.
So I'm sitting here peacefully, working on code while listening to the audiobook, when I'm suddenly pulled from my enjoyment by one of the suspects turning up with an extremely rare and pricy bottle of Scotch, which one of the main characters has a distinct liking for. And anyone who was so kind as to read Ghosts will know why that bothers me.
As if I needed another reason to hide my writing in a drawer. Oh joy!
Still, Abigail Roux & Melanie Urban's two characters are starting to grow on me. It's a great yarn despite the continuously switching POV, which is somewhat spoiling the fun and ruining the pace.
