Escape Route

I'm really looking forward to the next installment.
It's either THE TALK or the photos. And, of course, Renji gets to go to work with his new hairstyle - that has to be good for a few.

I remember when I did that (cut my hair off, that is) people walked right by me and then stopped and turned back. I could so relate to Renji's 'am I just defined by my hair' thought! So real.

I've been mentally rehearsing a few comments Zaraki could make on seeing Renji's hair (and not so despondent attitude).

Ah well, note to self, stop waffling - just sit quietly in anticipation.
Actually, we did 10 miles on the tandem this afternoon. Wonder if I can drag myself to do some weights tomorrow morning?

Thanks for the encouragement... I don't hunt (I only kill things when writing) but I love watching them ride through the village. Like a 200-year old mirage. Actually, our house used to be the village pub and the hunt met up just outside in the mornings for their stirrup cup and hunt breakfast. But I do like woods....
